These Terms of Service govern your use of The Nurse Vault online store and any purchase you make. By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Products

Our products are printed on demand. Colors may vary slightly from what you see on your screen, and mockup images are for illustration. Designs are original to The Nurse Vault and are for personal use; they may not be copied or resold.

2. Orders and pricing

All prices are in US dollars. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud or items that can't be produced. If we cancel a paid order, you'll receive a full refund.

3. Personalized items

For personalized products, you're responsible for the text and images you submit and confirm you have the right to use them. We may decline content that is offensive, infringing or unlawful. Personalized items can't be returned except for defects or damage.

4. Shipping, returns and refunds

Shipping and returns are covered by our Shipping Policy and Refund Policy, which are part of these terms.

5. Payments

Payments are processed securely by our payment providers. We never see or store your full card details.

6. Not medical advice

Our products are apparel and drinkware with humorous and inspirational designs. Nothing on this site is medical advice.

7. Limitation of liability

To the extent allowed by law, The Nurse Vault isn't liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from use of our products or site. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product.
