Returns & Refunds

Every item at The Nurse Vault is printed on demand, just for you, after you order. Because of that, we can't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind or wrong size. Please check the size chart on each product page before ordering.

Damaged, defective or wrong item? We'll make it right.

If your order arrives misprinted, damaged or defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us through our Contact page within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem. We'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund, your choice. You don't need to send the item back.

Lost packages

If tracking shows your package was delivered but you didn't receive it, or tracking hasn't updated for 10 business days, reach out through our Contact page and we'll help.
